RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT APPEAL No.1370 OF 2018 JUDGMENT: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard Mr.V.Raghu and Mr.P.B.Vijay Kumar for parties. The writ petitioner is the appellant. The appellant prayed for Mandamus declaring the action of the 1st respondent in issuing proceedings No.SPAV/ Students/ Photocopy/ 2017/ 9600 dated 01.11.2017 calling upon the appellant to vacate the premises on or before 15.11.2017 as illegal and unconstitutional. On 22.10.2018, this Court granted interim order. Today, at the hearing, learned counsel appearing for parties state that having regard to the relocation of 1st respondent's shops from old premises to new premises and also that the appellant is also doing business in one of the shops taken by the appellant in front of the new establishment, the cause does not survive. The statement is placed on record.

The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, stand closed.
