THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P.No. 18332 OF 2014 ORDER:
During hearing, Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, raised an objection that the present Writ Petition is not maintainable as the petitioner directly approached this Court invoking jurisdiction of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. At this stage, Sri V.Narasimha Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned counsel for the respondents, clearly agreed to issue a direction to the petitioner to approach Labour Court for appropriate remedy. Recording their submission, the petitioner is directed to approach Labour Court for appropriate remedy subject to permissibility. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
