HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.14034 of 2017 ORDER:

Admittedly, the petitioners have alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order dated 13.04.2017 passed by the 3rd respondent, as contended by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. However it is open for the petitioners to avail alternate remedy of appeal as per law. There shall be Status quo for a period of two weeks. No order as to costs.
