This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. by the petitioners-accused Nos. 1, 2 and 4 to quash the proceedings against them in crime No. 82 of 2018 of Kasimkota Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of IPC and Section 22 read with Section 5 of COPT Act, 2003.

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor (A.P.) have agreed that the issues raised in this criminal petition have been extensively dealt with and adjudicated by this Court by its common order dated 27-08-2018 in Criminal Petition Nos. 3731 of 2018 and batch and that the said order would govern this case as well.

In the light of the above, this criminal petition is disposed of in terms of the aforementioned common order of this Court with the direction that the reasons contained therein shall form part of this order and the Registry is directed to annex a copy of the said common order to this order.
