THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE M.GANGA RAO I .A.NO.2 OF 2018 I N W.P.NO.34044 OF 2018 AND W.P.NO.34044 OF 2018 COMMON ORDER: (per SK,J) This writ petition was filed assailing the order dated 31.08.2018 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad, in O.A.No.411 of 2017.

The writ petition was admitted on 20.09.2018. While so, the petitioner filed I.A.No.2 of 2018 seeking leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Accepting the reasons set out in the supporting affidavit, I.A.No.2 of 2018 is ordered. In consequence, W.P.No.34044 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.

Other pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
