This revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner - plaintiff assailing the order, dated 17.11.2009, of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge - cum - XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Rajendranagar, passed in I.A.No.918 of 2009 in O.S.No.59 of 2008. 2.

At the hearing, there is no representation for both sides. 3.

The Registry of this Court brings to the notice of the Court that the office of the trial Court, telephonically, informed the Registry that the suit itself was dismissed without costs on 22.03.2011.

In that view of the matter, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision petition.

In the result, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
