This petition is filed under Section 151 of C.P.C., to withdraw O.S. No.115 of 2013 from the Court of Junior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad, Warangal District and transfer the same to the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Mahabubabad, Warangal District. 2.

At the time of hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the purpose of filing the Transfer C.M.P. has become infructuous. The submission is recorded. 3.

Hence, the Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
