HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27783 of 2017 ORDER:

The grievance in the writ petition is that the petitioner is not considered for promotion to next category of Sanitary Inspector and as such, he made representation on 02-02-2017. As no action has been taken, the present writ petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also says that the petitioner will make a comprehensive representation to the competent authority.

Sri A.K.Jaya Prakash Rao, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 2 and 3 submits representation of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with rules as and when respondents have taken decision for making promotions.

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioner to make fresh application within a period of three (03) weeks from today and on such application, the respondent-authorities shall dispose of the same in accordance with law and take action within a period of two months thereafter.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition,

miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
