CVNR, J & GSP, J WP 14936/2017 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) Feeling aggrieved by non-implementation of order dt.11.09.2015 in O.A. No.4677 of 2015 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short, "the Tribunal"), applicant No.1 therein filed this writ petition.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader attached to the office of the learned Advocate General (TS) appearing for respondent Nos.1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 8 has placed before us Memo No.5259/Services.I/A.1/2015, dt.29.08.2917 issued by the Special Chief Secretary to Government of Telangana, School Education (Services-I) Department, providing a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- (Rupees Fifteen lakhs only) in relaxation of Treasury Control Orders towards payment of minimum wages to the petitioner and another, in compliance with the order of the Tribunal. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that with the issue of the aforementioned Memo, the order of the Tribunal stood complied with.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
