THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT CASE No.2301 of 2022 O R D E R:

The Contempt Case is filed seeking the following relief: "... to punish the contemnors/respondents herein U/s.10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for willfully and wantonly disobeying the orders dated 14.10.2022 passed in W.P.No.38533 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 and ....". 2.

Mr. Rapolu Bhaskar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this court by order dated 14.10.2022 has disposed of the writ petition i.e. W.P.No.38533 of 2022 directing the official respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 05.09.2022 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order duly putting the unofficial respondents on notice. He submits that the respondents have not passed the order in spite of specific directions issued by this court. 3.

Learned Special Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj representing Additional Advocate General submits that they have considered the representation of the petitioner and a speaking order was passed on 17.12.2022, wherein it is observed that the unofficial respondent is not involved in misappropriation of Gram Panchayat funds and that article of charges have been framed against the Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Gundlapally. He submits that due to oversight, they could not issue notice to the unofficial respondent in the writ petition while passing the said order and now they will issue notice to the unofficial respondent and will pass a fresh order within a period of three weeks.

Recording the said submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. The miscellaneous applications, if any shall stand automatically closed.
