This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking a direction to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.88 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.124 of 2015 on the file of II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, which is filed against the order dated 07.08.2015 in Crl.M.P.No.1883 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.16 of 2015 passed by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kodad. Heard.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the matter was posted on 09.03.2016, it was not taken up and thereafter the case was not being called in the lower appellate Court. Having perused the material on record, this Criminal Petition is disposed with a direction to the learned II Additional District & Sessions Judge, Nalgonda at Suryapet, to dispose of Crl.M.P.No.88 of 2015 in Crl.A.No.124 of 2015 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, this Criminal petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
