The learned Public Prosecutor for the 1st respondent-State submits that the case has been referred as 'Lack of Evidence" and a final report is also filed in the Cr.No.41 of 2016 of P.S. Habeebnagar, Hyderabad, impugned herein.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner/accused to impugn as per procedure if aggrieved. In the result, the Criminal Petition is closed.
