THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR Contempt Case No.1512 of 2014 Order: (per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This contempt case has been filed alleging willful, deliberate violation of our order dated 11.2.2014.

We have seen the counter affidavit of the respondentsalleged contemnors. It appears from the counter that the respondents in their own way have carried out that order. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners says that the matter has not been considered in the way in which it ought to have been done under the law.

We are of the view that this issue cannot be resolved in contempt jurisdiction. If the petitioners have any grievance in relation to that order, it would be open for the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum to bring a challenge. We therefore close the contempt case giving liberty to the petitioners to do so. No order as to costs.
