In this Company Petition both the parties filed a joint memo whereunder it is stated that the respondent agreed to pay the entire amount due to the petitioner and the petitioner agreed to the same. In view of the same, learned Counsel for the petitioner states that she does not want to pursue the Company Petition and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Company Petition.

Permission is accorded, and the Company Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
