The validity of the said G.O. was considered by a Division bench of this Court in a batch of Writ Petitions and a common order was passed in W.P. No.18205 of 2014 dated 07.03.2017.

Following the said order and in terms thereof, this Writ Petition is also disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
