HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI C.C.No.2249 OF 2022 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavili) This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in implementing the order dated 31.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10897of 2020.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents had submitted that in pursuance of the order dated 31.12.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.10897 of 2020, the petitioner was referred to Gandhi Hospital for re-examination of his case and the Gandhi Hospital has submitted a report and based on the report submitted by the Gandhi Hospital, the respondents would pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not dispute the said fact.

04. In view of the same, the contempt Case is closed. However, the respondents shall consider the report submitted by the Gandhi Hospital and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
