ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for a Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.2, in trying to dispossess the petitioner from the plot admeasuring 300 square yards situated in Survey Nos.1688, 1690 and 1691 situated at Old Lingareddypalli, Prashanth Nagar Gram Panchayat, Siddipet Town, Medak District, as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing Mr.N.Paveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities (Telangana State), on instructions from respondent No.2- Municipality, submitted that the said

respondent has not been causing any interference with the petitioner's possession of the above mentioned property and that if, in future, it finds any reason for such interference, it will follow the due process of law. The above submission of the learned Counsel is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.1764 of 2016 shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
