THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN And THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.1552 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Smt.V.Dyumani, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Hyderabad has disposed of S.A.No.170 of 2013 on 26.02.2015 and the cause in the Writ Petition no longer survives necessitating adjudication by this Court. The Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
