This Writ Petition is filed with the grievance that though respondent No.5 has been raising structures in Plot No.94/B, 7th Road left, Sagar Complex, B.N.Reddy Nagar, Hyderabad, without obtaining permission from respondent Nos.2 to 4, the said respondents are not taking any action despite the representation made by the petitioner. At the hearing, the learned Counsel representing Mr.Pasham Krishna Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), on instructions, submitted that acting on the petitioner's representation, the officials of GHMC have removed the illegal structures raised by respondent No.5 in the property in question. He has assured that, in future, respondent No.4 will not be permitted to raise construction without obtaining permission. The above submission of the learned Standing Counsel for GHMC is placed on record and the Writ Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent Nos.2 to 4, if,

in future, respondent No.5 seeks to raise construction without obtaining permission and on receipt of such complaint from the petitioner, respondent Nos.2 to 4 shall initiate further action to remove such illegal construction.
