06.04.2026 I.A.No.1 OF 2026 This application is filed praying this Court to grant relaxation to the Conditions imposed in the order passed by this Court in Criminal Petition No.15318 of 2025, dated 26.11.2025, pertaining to appearance of the petitioners before the Investigating Officer.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

In the said circumstances, the condition imposed against the petitioners to appear before the I.O. is hereby relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the Investigating Officer on 5th of every month . All other conditions shall remain unaltered. Accordingly, this application is ordered.
