This Appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act, challenging the award, dated 09.04.2012 in M.V.O.P.No.765 of 2010 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-I Additional District Judge, Karimnagar. The matter has been settled before the Lok Adalat and accordingly, an Award was passed on 29.12.2016. Hence, the MACMA is disposed of in terms of the Award of Lok Adalat, dated 29.12.2016.

Consequently, the Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No costs.
