This criminal petition under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking grant of anticipatory bail in crime No.359 of 2015 on the file of the Kurnool IV Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 466, 468, 471, 109, 120-B IPC read with Section 34 IPC and Sections 10(a)(b)(c), 13 and 14 of the Andhra Pradesh (Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Backward Classes) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993. Heard and perused the material available on record. The allegation against the petitioner herein is that he has produced fake certificate to get her daughter admitted in M.B.B.S., course.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner has committed an offence of producing fake certificate for her daughter's admission, which results in denial of admissions to the open category students. This Court already granted anticipatory bail to the students, who have produced fake certificates. But, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory to the petitioner herein, who is the father of A.4.
