This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioner / accused No.1, under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.699 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Madhapur (Guttala) Police Station, Cyberabad registered for the offence punishable under Sections 408, 418, 420 and 424 of IPC. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
