Even today, no representation on behalf of the petitioner either in the Fore Noon or in the After Noon, though the matter is listed under the caption "For Dismissal". It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the petition.

Hence, this Transfer C.M.P. is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand dismissed.
