Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Revision Petition with liberty to challenge the decree passed in O.S.No.6 of 2013 by way of appeal under Section 96 CPC.

Granting liberty as sought, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
