Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation. When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner so also the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.18209 of 2015, dated 15.7.2015. The operative portion of the said order reads as under: " Having regard to the foregoing reasons, the impugned termination order is set aside. The respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner into service as fresh conductor without any attendant benefits including continuity of past service. The petitioner shall be entitled for recruitment as fresh conductor subject to medical fitness and other formalities."

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above said order. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs. JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI Dt: 28-4-2016
