Heard Sri B. Chandrasekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Transport, State of Andhra Pradesh appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that when the petitioner approached respondent No.2 - Secretary, Regional Transport Authority, Nandyal, Kurnool District, with an application under Rule 448-B of the Andhra Pradesh Motor Vehicles Rules, respondent No.2 did not receive the same. On the other hand, the learned Government Pleader would submit that if the petitioner comes with an application along with necessary requisitions, the same will be disposed of within a week.

3. Recording the above said submission, the present Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission itself, leaving it open to the petitioner to submit an application within two (02) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing such application, the respondents are directed to dispose of the same within a period of one

(01) week thereafter. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present Writ Petition, stand closed.
