ORDER:

When the matter was called in the forenoon session, there was no representation on behalf of petitioner and the matter was passed over to take up in the afternoon session. In the afternoon session also, when the matter is called, there is no representation for petitioner.

Learned standing counsel produced the copy of proceedings of the Regional Manager, Guntur Region, dated 20.11.2017, where under, petitioner was granted continuity of service with all attendant benefits from the date of removal of the petitioner, in full compliance of the directions issued by the Court. Learned standing counsel also states that arrears of amount due is already paid to the petitioner.
