This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short 'BNSS') seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused No.1 in C.C.No.4267 of 2022, on the file of the learned Xlll Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Section 498-A and 406 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission to withdraw the Criminal petition. 3.
Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminai Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedies according to law.
