In the main writ petition, the petitioner challenges the proceedings in No.A1/377/2012, dated 24.01.2012, passed by the 2nd respondent-Deputy Commissioner. By way of impugned order, the 2nd respondent appointed the 3rd respondent as single trustee to Sri Anjaneya Swamy Temple, Near NTR Stadium, Visakhapatnamlmandi, Secunderabad, for a period of two years. This Court, while ordering Rule nisi on 08.02.2012, supended the operation of the impugned order. By efflux of time, the period stipulated in the impugned order, came to an end. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending, if any shall stand closed.
