HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR Tr.CIVIL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.810 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.351 of 2014 from the file of Family Court, Warangal and transfer the same to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar for disposal in accordance with law.

2. Petitioner herein is wife and she filed her affidavit in support of the petition, according to which, her marriage was performed on 18.06.2014 and both of them lived together and thereafter differences arose between them, and due to harassment caused to her, she made a complaint to Station House Officer, Devaruppala Police Station in November, 2014 and police registered a case in Crime No.131 of 2014 for offence under Section 498-A IPC, and due to disputes, she is residing at Ramnathapur, Hyderabad with her brother and there is a life threat to her from respondent/husband and his family members and that she has no source of income to meet the travel expenses to defend the O.P. at Warangal, and for these reasons, she prayed for transfer of O.P. from Warangal to Ranga Reddy.

3. Respondent in spite of service of notice neither appeared in person nor through any advocate.

4. Heard arguments.

5. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and also considering the convenience of wife, F.C.O.P.No.351 of 2014 is withdrawn from Family Court, Warangal and transferred to Family Court, Ranga Reddy District for disposal in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. No costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil

miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
