THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2502 OF 2018 ORDER:

By order dated 27.08.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.30187 of 2018, the Court suspended the order of suspension of the petitioner dated 13.08.2018.

Alleging disobedience of the said order, this Contempt Case is filed. 2.

According to learned Government Pleader for Education, on 20.10.2018, the petitioner was reinstated into duty and subsequently the entire period of suspension from 14.08.2018 to 20.10.2018 is treated as on duty.

In view of the same, it cannot be said that there is deliberate and willful violation of the order passed by this Court warranting initiation of the contempt proceedings.

The Contempt Case is accordingly closed.
