This writ petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India aggrieved over the attitude of the official respondents in interfering with the civil disputes at the instigation of unofficial respondents.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

On 12.9.2016, this Court gave interim direction directing respondents Nos.3 to 8 not to harass the writ petitioner in any manner or not to interfere with her ownership and possession in respect of House No.21-7-635, Chelapura, Murgiechowk, Charminar, Hyderabad, The unofficial respondents filed a counter stating that civil disputes are pending. 4.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that in the interest of justice, the official respondents can be directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner herein. 5.

Accordingly, the official respondents are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner herein without there being any case registered against her. This Order does not stand in the way of the official respondents to proceed against the petitioner in accordance with law, if any case is registered against her for cognizable offence. 6.
