HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 22160 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for the respondents.

This Writ Petition was filed by a Fair Price Shop Dealer of Kistapuram village, Mallacheruvu Mandal, Nalgona District, whose authorization was cancelled on 24.03.2011. Challenging the same, he preferred an appeal and the same was dismissed by order dated 18.2.2012. The revision filed before the second respondent against the order dated 18.2.2012 also ended in dismissal through order dated 20.6.2014. Challenging the same, present Writ Petition is filed on the ground that that he received a copy of the order dated 20.6.2014 on 11.6.2015 This Court is disinclined to entertain the Writ petition at this stage in view of availability of alternative remedy before the Commissioner, Civil Supplies against the order passed by the second respondent.

In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to file a further revision before the Commissioner within fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the

Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
