It is reported at the hearing that, on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered Cr.No.782 of 2018 on 19.09.2018 and the same was quashed by this Court on an application, filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

A request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to permit the petitioner to file a fresh complaint. Leaving it open for the petitioner herein to proceed in accordance with law, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
