HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 10454 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of FIR No.4 of 2017 on 06.01.2017 and reference made by the concerned Magistrate. Since the learned Magistrate had already applied his mind and referred the matter to the police for investigation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the process of investigation. However, the second respondent shall investigate the crime only in accordance with law including compliance with Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
