THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.32044 OF 2015 ORDER:

This Court, on 09.11.2015 passed an interim order, while ordering notice before admission. After the said order, respondent authorities refused the claim of the petitioner herein by way of an order, dated 12.08.2016, and the same is the subject of W.P.No.32329 of 2016.

In view of the above, the cause in the present Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
