Grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that respondents 2 to 4 are not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner to survey and demarcate his land situate in Sy.No.55, admeasuring Ac.0-31 guntas, at Saipur Village, Thandur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.
3. It is fairly conceded by learned counsel for the parties that the subject matter in this case is covered by the orders passed in WP Nos.4811 of 2011 and batch. Following the said judgment in WP No.4811 of 2011 and for the reasons stated therein, the writ petition is disposed of directing respondents 2 to 4 to consider the application of the petitioner to survey and demarcation of the land in question, in accordance with law, and take necessary action thereon.
