The writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent police in aiding and assisting the unofficial respondents in interfering with the petitioner's possessory and ownership rights in respect of plot No.57, situated inSy.Nos.68 and 69 at Madhapaur Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District as illegal and arbitrary.
It is the case of the petitioner that even though he has submitted a complaint on 24.08.2017 to the 4th respondent police as against the 5th respondent, no action was taken so far. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Home, submitted the written instructions received from the Sub Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate stating that basing on the contents of the complaint lodged by the petitioner a case in Crime No.834 of 2017 was registered under Sections 447 and 506 IPC on the file of the 5th respondent police station and the investigation was taken up and the matter is under progress.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
