This Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, under Section 24 of CPC, is filed by the petitioner to withdrawn FCOP No.477 of 2016 pending on the file of Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, R.R. District and transferred to Judge, Family Court, Rangareddy District at L.B.Nagar, which is filed under Section 13 of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage by granting divorce decree on various grounds.

The only ground urged before this Court is that he is facing life threat whenever he try to attend the Court in connection with FCOP No.477 of 2016.

At the stage of admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner reiterated the said ground during argument. Taking into consideration of the apprehension and the earlier incident of beating the petitioner in the presence of Presiding Officer, I deem it appropriate to direct the Station House Officer, Miyapur, Cyberabad, to provide necessary protection to the petitioner whenever he attends the Court in connection with FCOP

No.477 of 2016 pending on the file of Family Judge, Kukatpally at Miyapur, R.R. District, on receipt of requisition from the petitioner, subject to bearing expenses by the petitioner. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
