THE HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE D.NAGARJUN CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.1357 of 2010 O R D E R:

This Criminal Revision Case is filed aggrieved by the Order dated 07.06.2010 in M.C. No.51 of 2008 on the file of learned Family Court, Secunderabad, wherein the petition is partly allowed directing the respondent No.1 to pay a sum of Rs.9,000/- per month to the petitioner towards maintenance.

02. No representation on behalf of respondent No.1. Sri C.Sharan Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. D.Sangeetha Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on record as well as Sri S.Ganesh, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.2 are present.

03. It is submitted by Sri C.Sharan Reddy, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Ms. D.Sangeetha Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on record, that the

cause of action does not survive in this case and requested to permit him to withdraw the revision case.

04. In view of the above submission, permission is accorded and this Criminal Revision Case is liable to be dismissed.

05. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order to as costs.

As a sequel, pending Miscellaneous Applications, if any, shall stand closed.
