When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, that, after filing the present Writ Petition, Cr.No.71 of 2018 has been registered on the file of the fourth respondent-Adavaladeevi Police Station for the alleged offences, under Sections 506 and 509 r/w 34 IPC and investigation is in progress.

Recording the above submission, Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
