Heard learned counsel for the petitioners/A2 and A3 of Crime No.198 of 2017, pending on the file of P.S.Manchal, Ranga Reddy District and also heard the learned public prosecutor, representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant. 2.
No doubt, there is a force in the contention of defacto complainant FIR no way discloses about several facts brought into being with no lapse of time to the statement during investigation of even date. However, once the investigation is in progress, it is premature for this Court to make any observation but for to direct the police to complete the investigation within four weeks from today and file final report. All available defenses of petitioners are left open. 3.
Accordingly and with the above directions, these criminal petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed in consequence.
