HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.37192 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioners seeking the following relief: " ... to issue a writ or order more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering application for regularization of Plot Nos.117/A, 117, 118 and 119 in Sy.No.66/3 of Rayadurg, Navkalsa village, Serilingampally Mandal, R.R.District under G.O.Ms.No.166, Dt:16-022008 as illegal arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to consider the applications made under receipt No.34808 to 34811 pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case" Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 22.10.2009.

Learned AGP would also submit that the representation of the petitioner may be directed to be considered in accordance with law, by the 2nd respondent, if not already disposed of. Having regard to the rival submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent-The District Collector to consider the representation of the petitioner made on 20.10.2009 for regularization of Plot Nos.117/A, 117, 118 and 119

in Sy.No.66/3 of Rayadurg, Navkalsa village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under G.O.Ms.No.166, dated 16-02-2008, and pass appropriate orders thereon, if the same is still pending consideration, in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
