THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.34335 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, appearing for the respondents, apart from perusing the entire material on record.

The action of the respondents, in rejecting the LRS application of the petitioner herein, is under challenge in the present Writ Petition.

When the matter is taken up, a preliminary objection, with regard to the maintainability of the Writ Petition, is taken by the learned Standing Counsel contending that against the impugned order, under Rule 15 of the Telangana Regularization of Unapproved and Illegal Layout Rules, 2015, vide G.O.Ms.No.151, dated 02.11.2015, appeal lies to the appellate authority. In view of the above, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, for redressal of his grievance, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
