ORDER

This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No.2 by granting of building permission to H.No.6-1-230, Beside Ashoka Hotel, Hanamkonda, Warangal, in Roc.No.G1/29764/2009, dt.31.3.2010 permission No.406, b.A.No.647/09-10 as illegal, arbitrary by cancellation of the building permission in petitioner's perperty and consequently direct the respondent NO.2 to stop the proposed construction of the respondent Nos.3 and 4 in the premises H.No.6-1-230, Beside Ashoka Hotel, Hanamkonda, Warangal District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Today another case viz., W.P.No.30947 of 2012 is also listed. In W.P.No.7103 of 2012 building permission was challenged, whereas in WP No.30947 of 2012, construction made by respondents 3 and 4 pending representation of the petitioner was challenged.

In view of subsequent writ petition, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
