This Criminal Revision Case is directed against the orders, dated 12.06.2013, passed in Crl.MP No.1733 of 2013 in CC No. 172 of 2013 by the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Kodad.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the revision case and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as having become infructuous.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
