HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT Writ Petition No.5880 of 2012 ORDER:

Sri Y. Jagadeeswara Rao, appearing for Sri K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that Sri K. Rathangapani Reddy, has returned the bundle and also given no objection to the petitioners to engage another Advocate.

2. As there was no representation for the petitioners on 04.06.2016 and on 16.08.2016, this court was compelled to post the writ petition under the caption 'for dismissal' to today. The representation is placed on record. From the material available on record, it appears that the petitioners have not engaged Advocate to represent their cause.

3. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any in this writ petition shall stand dismissed in consequence.
