The official liquidator prays for rejection of offer Rs.60,00,000/- of Sri B.Madhava Rao, House No.8-42, Gaddamedi Potharam, Potharam, Karimnagar, in the auction conducted by Official Liquidator on 04-03-2016 for sale of 675 sq. yards with buildings bearing House No.32-77-5/8/1 in Plot Nos.3 and 6 in Sy.No.134, Seetharamnagar, R.K.Puram, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant has drawn my attention to the details set out in paragraph Nos.2 to 4 of the accompanying affidavit.

I am satisfied that the prayer for rejection of sale is rightly recommended and accordingly accepted. However, it is suggested that the Official Liquidator comes up with a proper prayer to try and conduct eauction for selling the subject property of the instant application by giving wide publicity in all the papers. The cost of publication and other modalities may also brought to the notice of the Court.
