Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner contends that he had applied in Form - 6A for issuance of pattadar pass book on 29.12.2013 to the 3rd respondent in respect of the land owned by him. The petitioner further contends that the 3rd respondent has not issued pattadar pass book or title deed to him.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 3rd respondent will consider petitioner's application dt.29.12.2013 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and take appropriate action and communicate the same to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.29.12.2013 for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed in respect of the land claimed by petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
